Aloha mai kāua
I am Nakoa Goo, from Puna, Hawai’i. I graduated from UH Hilo with a degree in Marine Science and minor in Anthropology. I previously worked at the Mokupāpapa Discovery Center as Program Coordinator with Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument. I am grateful and excited for the opportunity to learn and develop new skills during the fellowship. I look forward to working with various communities and organizations to improve the condition of natural resources throughout ka pae ‘āina ‘o Hawai’i (the Hawaiian archipelago). In my free time I enjoy free diving, playing music and observing the ocean.
